Overnight Chia & Oats

The oats are optional but are packed with fibre and are low GI carbs to sustain your workout, busy day, or rest and recovery. The chia and other seeds pack a protein punch and a healthy dose of good fats, including Omega-3. Topped with fresh fruit for a dose of antioxidants and natural sugars.
